These are
challenging times for all, including artists. Individuals, businesses,
organizations, and institutions alike are affected by the current economic
downturn. The staff of the Artist’s Resource
Center (ARC) wants you
to know that we are here to help. We invite you to register to use artSource, an open source index of arts-related employment. In
addition, you can
access internships, civic engagement partnerships,
grants, residencies,
exhibitions, competitions, public art commissions,
artist workspaces, and
related community resources. To assist artists in need, ARC staff have prepared a special set of resources conveniently located on the artSource home pages of registered users. You can access a series of folders containing Web links to job banks, workshops and training opportunities, grants, scholarships, and more. When you arrive at your artSource home page, look for the "Resource Library" section. artSource is available to
all Internet users free of charge. Read on to learn
how to create a user account.
