The SMFA is a vital community of artists and activities. The Student Affairs office works closely with the student-run Student Body Incorporated (SBInc.) to organize and fund clubs, groups, and events. Clubs and organizations include: - Infrasculpture
- Bowling team
- Chess Club
- OutLoud! (SMFA's gay-lesbian-bisexual-transgender group)
If you don’t see a club that interests you, you can start your own with the help of SBInc. School events include: - All-School lunches
- All-night drawing marathons
- T'ai Chi Ch'uan
- Thanksgiving lunch
Students may also serve as orientation leaders and on several School governing committees. For more information, contact the Student Affairs office.
