Tufts Commencement will
begin at 9
am on the lawn between
Ballou Hall and Bendetson
Hall. Museum
School
students participate in
Phase I, which is the all-school
portion of the
ceremony, and includes a
procession, speeches,
and the awarding of
honorary degrees. Degree candidates
should
assemble by Miller Hall
(undergraduates) or Fletcher Tennis Courts (MFA
graduates) at
8:45
am on the morning of
Commencement. MAT
graduates should consult their marching cards for assembly
information. MAT students will
receive their degrees at Tufts in a
separate
ceremony at 11:30
am in Barnum 008. Combined-Degree students will
be contacted separately by Tufts since they can choose to
receive their
degree at either location. Following the University-wide Commencement Ceremony (Phase
I)
graduates of the School of Arts & Sciences and the School of
Engineering are
invited to enjoy a gourmet box lunch presented
by Tufts
Dining. Students who participate
in the
Tufts ceremony will be given three complimentary luncheon tickets for
themselves and two guests. Additional luncheon tickets (at
$7.50 per
ticket) may
be purchased by phone (617-627-3566) or
at Tufts Dining
Services’ administrative
office,
89 Curtis
Street,
Medford, between
9
am and 5
pm starting April 20. Last
